The framerate improvement update

Hey, as you read from the title, i called this The framerate improvement update, because i have added more options to the settings menu for the player to chose from to get around 100 fps!

This can be an important update for some of those who have a weak laptop but want to play escape from him! I will add more options and will continue to optimize the game until it reached it's final form, Here is everything that got added!

• Added a settings menu that displays at the start of the game, to chose the resolution, quality and fullscreen, this is to prevent bad resolution in the main menu.
• Added the settings menu back to the game!
• Added two more options to the settings menu, Post processing enable/disable and you can chose your draw distance, 200, 100, 50 and 10!
• Changed john's running animation to prevent errors.

A small build, but this is the last build i will release before the big surprise!
